At Luna Linda, we stand by the quality of our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, our return process is simple and customer-friendly.

  1. Return Window

    • Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order.
  2. Eligibility for Returns

    • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.
    • Returns are not accepted for sale items, gift cards, or custom items unless there is a defect.
  3. Free First Return for Account Holders

    • If you have a Luna Linda account, your first return for an order is free of charge. We’ll provide a prepaid return label.
    • For guest orders, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
  4. Exchanges

    • The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
  5. Refunds

    • We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not.
    • If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
    • Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
    • If more than 14 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info@lunalindashop.com.
  6. How to Initiate a Return

    • Contact us at info@lunalindashop.com with your order number and the reason for your return.
    • We’ll guide you through the process and provide a return shipping label if applicable.
  7. Damaged or Defective Items

    • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please email us at info@lunalindashop.com within 5 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We’ll resolve the matter promptly.
